Pool area needs a deep cleaning, lot's of trash and over grown grass and weeds. Room was clean and comfortable and the beds were comfortable. The guy working front desk was very friendly. Room had refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, coffee, and condiments for coffee. Close to everything you need and walking distance to a beach.

Clean hotel ...very accomodating to us with 3 rooms and multiple animals... We evaluated for the hurricane... absolutely loved the dog park/beach across the street... VERY Affordable!

There was not a real person. Had to check in with a remote person thru a screen interaction. Additional money was charged for deposit and the key did not work the first time. To make things worse, English was not their first language. Will not be staying there again.

Property was average and slightly overpriced but it was mid summer in FL. No complaints in regard to cleanliness but I was billed an additional $40 with no explanation. This pushes the fee up well beyond what the room was worth and brings their trustworthiness into question. Do not recommend.

Pay the extra $50-100 to stay in an actual hotel. I’ve stayed in some ratchet places in my life with my job, but this takes it. Rooms smell terrible, people constantly moving around the property, and the house keepers literally do nothing but change out your trash. Unless you’re desperate, don’t stay here.
