"Beach access is great. Did not receive any housekeeping services during stay so trash built up in room and the hair conditioner bottle was empty upon arrival and never filled."

"The location was great/waterfront property. The premises was very clean. The staff was friendly and engaging. The bed was super comfortable (I slept well every night). The breakfast changed a little every day which I appreciated. My only complaints - The gas grill was difficult to light and there were no clear instructions posted on how to light them. I spoke with maintenance about the issue and was told they needed to be replaced but that would not be done until after the busy vacation season....

"The hotel was affordable and in a great location right on the ocean. The pool was also nice, and overall the price and location were the main positives of the stay. However, there were several significant issues with the room. It smelled strongly of marijuana when we arrived, and although we requested a different room, we were told none were available. "We booked this hotel on short notice. Although we arrived several hours early, we paid a $50 early check-in fee, which was acceptable given our need to shower and prepare for the day. The hotel offers basic amenities, including comfortable beds and a clean restroom—suitable for overnight stays. We primarily used the room at night and enjoyed the pool, which was well-maintained. Overall, our experience was positive, and we would consider booking this hotel again."

"Firstly the building was not well kept and maintained. There was a weird stinch in the entire building. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. There was water damage on the doors in the rooms. Blood spots on the sheets. This is just not a hotel I would recommend or go back to. Do not go here if you want to be in a clean and comfortable environment m. The staff wasn’t the most helpful or pleasant."

"For $200 a night not worth it loud music from people with their car trunk open with big speakers. All the wires and connectors disconnected from the phone and the tv. Saw several roaches in the bedroom and in the bath. No breakfast Do not recommend this hotel and will never stay at this Fairway Inn in Fort Walton Beach again"

"The place was spotless and truly organized for such a small space. 4 girls stayed there comfortably for 2 nights. The beach area is comfortable with chairs and picnic table. The view of the water from inside and from the beds is awesome. The beds are comfortable and a washer/dryer is a huge plus. It’s a short drive to anything you need. I do recommend it."
