"The location of this place is phenomenal. Since the main train the underground from London Heathrow downtown is under construction I had to take two other trains that were super easy. I took the Elizabethtown line and I changed Paddington and got on the bakerlou line and continue on to Charing Cross. And I popped up and I was just a couple blocks away and my Google maps took me directly there. My room was clean. Plenty of hot water in the shower. The location was very close to Phantom of the opera which I saw. And there is a 24 hour restaurant where you get free food and wine 24 hours. It was amazing and too bad. I was only there 24 hours. Hahahaha. "

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Fantastic location, across the street from Trafalgar Square, waling distance to Picadilly, Chinatown, theatres. Wide cariety of restaurants and pubs within a couple of blocks. Would definitely stay there again."

"The hotel was lovely and in a great location. We had cocktails in the bar but asked for a white Russian which wasn't on the menu. The bar person obviously hasn't made it before but instead of saying, he gave me what was basically a huge glass of cream. I couldn't drink it & should have complained but just signed the bill like an idiot."
