"I stayed here based on the reviews I had read and couldn’t have been happier! Staff is attentive and welcoming. The room was cozy and had all amenities I needed. The breakfast was a plus, nothing like starting your day with a cappuccino! Location is amazing, everything I wanted to see was within walking distance. Only critique, and it’s a personal one, is the firmness of the bed. I prefer a softer mattress. Nevertheless, I would stay here again! "

"Our stay at Grand Hotel Baglioni was nothing short of perfection. The staff were helpful and our room was clean. We had our complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us after a long travel.
The hotel location was important to us as we wanted a stay at place that we could have access to the main sites. The hotel is literally across Santa Maria Novella train station. It’s a short walk to the Duomo, shops, cafe, grocery store (Conad) and even a self-serve laundry."
