"Shower had low pressure and water sprayed EVERYWHERE. There was also a large patch in the bathtub. Water went everywhere in the bathroom and the toiletries don't smell nice. The pillows were lumpy and and the beds, although we're supposed to be queen size, were double. Not work the $400 spent for the night. It should have been $250 max."

"On the website it says continental breakfast but it was totally different when we went there for breakfast we have to tell the staff to bring stuff but they say it’s not included ,,,,,, like scrambled eggs,,,, hash browns,,, bacons etc .., instead of putting continental breakfast just put light breakfast"

"I’ve had a good stay 3 years ago at this property but was pretty disappointed that I didn’t have a microwave in my room this time as I have a son that has dietary restrictions and I bring food from home whenever we travel. I booked this hotel specifically because I knew there would be a microwave. There wasn’t. There was ONE communal microwave a good 5 minute walk to the back of the property and in the laundry room of all places. I was constantly walking back and forth heating my son’s food up...
