"The property is dishonest, I have rent a room with 2 doble beds with bathroom and they gave us a room for 7 people located on the backyard, with one wall of a bathroom with tiles. When we asked for our room they excused themselves by blaming Expedia. Terrible, I have read the other comments but I thought it was not true. We lost our money booking there."

"El "hotel" es un fraude. Se complico mi llegada a Bogota y les escribi por WhatsApp a las 5:40pm para ver si podia llegar a las 3:00am. A las 5:41pm vieron mis mensajes y los dejaron en visto, no respondieron. Ellos ya me habian contactado por WhatsApp, asi que es su medio oficial de comunicacion. A las 3:00am llegue y toque el timbre, el cual se escucha desde afuera. Despues de la segunda tocada, lo apagaron, ya no se escuchaba. Hable por telefono y no contestaron. Estuve esperando mas de 10...
