"Rooms could have done with some form of soundproofing as we could hear adjacent rooms and from above, however, we were so tired it did not affect us greatly. Hot water went off one morning of the three we stayed so we were unable to shower, we had to boil the kettle and pour into the sink, mix with the cold water and have a strip wash to freshen up. We had to have the windows open too as the air-conditioning was only seasonal and they would not turn them on nor were we able to turn the radiators...

"Was a issue with the traffic zone behind the hotel , the link that was sent didn't open so we went into a limited traffic zone and received a fine , lady at check in was kind of rude to this fact but it is what it is "

"Breakfast is really good. There are various kinds of local food such as ham, cheese, salami, pastries, jam and so on. The car parking in front of the hotel is very useful and safe. The room is clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful time here. Thank you so much!"

"I would consider this hostel run perfectly as with German Ordnung. There is nothing I could regret on the organizational side. My only two comments would be: 1) It would be better to somehow unite roommates according to their cultural preferences regarding diversity of guests - there could be misunderstandings easily avoidable if they do; 2) I confused the private (to the right) and public (to the left) kitchens in the basement and was reminded of my error by a kitchen employee less than nicely....

"Hotel praticamente attaccato a villa erbosa, quindi comodo per me che volevo stare vicino a mio marito. Colazione semplice e basica, con poca scelta, ma buonina. Camere molto piccole, per due. Alla fine un hotel che non eccelle ma comunque buono e comodo."

"The hotel is clean, modern and centrally located. The lobby is welcoming and staff friendly. We stayed in a superior room and the size was about average for a city hotel room in comparison to others we've stayed in. There was a hairdryer, soap, body wash, conditioner and shampoo in the bathroom - they offered other amenities (which we didn't ask for) but had to be requested. Our room overlooked the square/main road which wasn't loud in our experience as there wasn't much nightlife in the area...
