"Easy Check in, Staff was very helpful answering my questions. Room was as described. Very clean and comfortable. Hotel location is perfect, really close to Union square, lots a places to eat. Parking your car there over night for $71 is a bit too much, luckily we didn't have a car to park. Overall we'll stay here again anytime"

The staff went out of their way to be helpful, especially Rishi on the front desk who went out of her way to help us sort out an issue with our flight check in which was a huge help. "I was honestly a little disappointed in this place. As soon as I got into my room, it looked a lot smaller and dingier than what it looked like online. The walls are so thin you can hear every conversation going on above and next to you, which made it really uncomfortable when I could hear the couple next to me yelling at each other and making racist jokes. The room also didn’t have a fridge which would have been nice to be able to put leftovers in but it’s whatever. The bed was comfortable and AC worked. Overall it was okay but I probably wouldn’t stay here again. The staff was very nice though. If you have a later flight, they don’t have an extra area to hold baggage at, so just be careful. The staff was lucky enough to take mine even though they didn’t have any space behind the desk, so that was nice. "
