"Came here on our honeymoon and wow did the staff make you feel like family and welcome. We got there and talked to the woman at the desk about our plans and she helped us reroute our trip to a way that made way more sense ! Woke up the next morning and she had a whole map highlighted and ready to go for us. We can’t wait to come back and visit. Truly phoenix hotel was amazing to us. "

"Beautiful mountain view on our honeymoon. Bathroom had a problem but the staff switched us to the room next door no problem. Very friendly staff that were always happy to help and talk, with complimentary refreshments at the end of everyday and a delicious complementary breakfast every morning."

"Have no regret to booked myself a solo trip for 2 nights in this marvellous hotel. Great front desk staffs at welcoming. Room is clean and comfortable with nice Mountain View. Perfect location with less than 150m from the train station and surrounded with lots of shops. Hotel facilities (gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room) are great especially on the rainy which I could not do much activities out door. Well, if the opening time for these facilities can be extended till 10pm, will be better....

"Staff were warm and friendly especially the bartenders whose names I can’t remember. There was this one guy who was courteous to point out a few hotspots nearby which made my overnight stay better. Thank you ;) I enjoyed the ambiance, heated towel racks and warm bathroom floor. It was short stay but good place to stay. I would visit again and recommend to others."
