"The surrounding were fun and safe. This property is hard to find, better directions should accompany details. It was easy to enter with the code. Having luggage was difficult to get up the stairs. Also, the laundry was not free, there was a charge, so take some change. "

Great location and great hospitality!

"Hotel is nearby the Disneyland and have free shuttle bus to and from the Disneyland station to hotel. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Very attentive to our request as Muslim. He had requested the restaurant to prepare a Muslim friendly food - for our breakfast we had salmon steaks for all of us. Thank you very much for the kind understanding making your hotel as international standard. Well done Hilton!"

"Hot like suana. They should have option for cold air instead of hot since the aircond is heated. And window is not opened. We were sweating like pigs. My room is like suana. The corridor of my room is much much cooler than room."

"Good aiport hotel, very convenient especially if you arriving at terminal 3 and catching another flight tomorrow morning. Shuttle buses are avaiable to move to other telerminals. The room is small and decent (comparable to other Japanese hotel). And the breakfast is very good!"
