The rooms are tidy and clean. Facilities are adequate and convenient to use. Especially the drying function in the toilet, it’s amazing. However, the kitchen utensils like frying pan has scratches, may need regular replacement.

Beautiful full apartment with all the amenities. I would have loved to stay here for a week. It comfortably slept all six in our family. Great location close to Haneda Airport, which is what we needed. The only problem we had was the automated check-in system. The tablet submitted our check-in as a check-out and I needed to use the video chat and then an email to register. The same problem happened when we tried to check out. We also never got the email with our check-in information ahead of time and had to contact the property through Expedia to have them re-send it. Overall though, we were thrilled with this place and would definitely stay here again if we had a rental car. I think it would be rather inconvenient and out of the way without a car.

アウトレットやコンビニまで徒歩で行ける場所にあり、周りは住宅街なのでとても静かでした。駐車場も一部を除き、停めやすいです。端の方は小さい車じゃないと停められなさそうな位置もありました。停められない時はどうすればいいのでしょうか。 部屋は広くて快適でした。また利用したいです。

アパートメントタイプで、洗濯できたりキッチンがあり、簡単な調理ができるので連泊するには良いと思う。隣との壁が薄く、大声での会話は隣に聞こえてしまうと思う。 これは施設側ではなく、宿泊者のモラルの問題でもあるのですが、隣の部屋の若者数名が深夜2時を超えても大声で話していたり、バタバタと足音が響いていた。 洗濯機や、ハンガー準備してあるが、掛けて乾かす場所に困った。浴室内しか無かったが．乾きがイマイチで、乾燥かけると乾くまで時間がかかる。 以上多少の事は、ある程度予想していた上で、宿泊しました。近隣の便利さは我が家にとっては良かったです。

２フロアかと思ったが、１フロアのみで、7人で泊まるには少し手狭だった。 ２階の宿泊客（私たちは１階）が子連れでかなりうるさかったのは、仕方ないけど残念。 アウトレット地域で、周辺の道路が動かなくなるのはなかなか大変。

子連れの友達同士で宿泊しました。 広々としていて7人でも十分な広さで快適に過ごせました！ 冷蔵庫も大きく、キッチンが付いていたのも有り難かったです。 ただ私たちの部屋の駐車スペースだけ狭すぎました。

不錯，但需要自律

位置其實很不錯，雖不近巿區，但勝在旁邊便是OUTLET，徒步數分鐘有三間不同的便利店。很適合自駕一家大細或幾個老友居住，只是需留意垃坂分類及夜晚不能發出太大聲響，以香港人標準應該需要很節制才行。

楽しかった

近くにアウトレット、大型スーパー、100円ショップ、コンビニなど揃っていて、高速道路も近いのでアクセスにとても便利でした。チェックイン・アウトが非接触だったので気楽だし、質問にもすぐ対応してもらえて助かりました。清掃も行き届いていて清潔で気持ちよかったです。収納スペースがあまりなかったので、荷物が床に直接だったり置き場所に少し悩みました。シンクがコンパクトなので、簡易な料理に向いています。定員数の7名で泊まり、7人目の寝る場所には少し戸惑いましたが、リビングを活用しました。 他の方のコメントにもありましたが、周りの部屋の音については少し気にかかりました。宿泊前半は静かで快適でしたが、宿泊後半では他の方が2階に泊まったようで子供の走る足音や機械音の振動があったり、逆に我が家の子供の音が迷惑になってないか気にしたり…。コメントで把握していたので覚悟の上でしたから不満ということはないですが、強いてあげるなら音問題はあります。 それでも全体的にとっても楽しい旅行でした！
