I like the room. It was nice to say in the least, and they were generous to provide a large TV to watch whatever programs were on. The floor was a little dirty, but either than that i enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this hotel.

地下鉄から近いので雨の人かも余りぬれず、博多駅近郊、天神近郊とも交通の便（歩くことも可能）が良いですね！ 近隣の同クラスのホテルと比較しても部屋もかなり広いし満足です。

古いホテルを居抜きでアパにしている。エアコンとエレベーターこそ古いものの全く問題なし。そのほかは備品も新しいし、綺麗で清潔。シングルにしてはそこそこ広い。カプセル式コーヒーマシン（しかもスタバ）が部屋にあるのが嬉しい。

カフェマシンが嬉しかった。連泊で掃除なしだったが、ドアにアメニティやコーヒーお茶の補充をいただけ、よかった。 チェックイン、チェックアウトもスムーズでした。

チェックインの機械が1台しかなく時間かかる。 前の方にあった説明は私たちにはなかったこと。 あまり最初から良い印象では無い。 駐車場も高さが1、55までと低い車は入れない。最近の車種は無理だと思う。
