"初めて利用した民泊？だったのでいろいろと勝手がわからなかったです。タオルが100円と聞いていましたが、その受け取り方法がわからず、Expediaに夜中にメールして朝タオルをもってきて貰い、100円を払いました。その辺のやりかたを事前に教えて欲しかったです。沼津駅周辺は軒並み1万円超えで、この施設はありがたかったです。夜に入ったので部屋が寒くエアコンをつけて暖かくなりましたが、外の車の音や、結構寒く、朝カーテンを開けると窓が結構開いていてびっくりでした。でも風呂の備品などいろいろあり、洗濯もできるようなので、長期での使い勝手も良さそうです。ありがとうございました。"

"This property was a treat to stay in, especially for the price. The traditional futons made for a quiet, relaxing evening before a busy day of touring Fujiyoshida. I was a huge fan of the wood floor bathroom and wooden bathtub as well. I would recommend spring or summer stays, as the traditional construction means it will be quite cold in the winter, but it was a lovely stay and I would recommend this to anyone visiting Mt. Fuji."

"Rooms are very clean. Amenities are adequate. Above all the place is in an environment where ait quality is superb and hot springs are everywhere! Mt. Fuji is about 50 kilometers away and you can see it from a couple of train ride stops away whether permitting. On the other hand for customers with a certain age you may need to be prepared for slope climbing. "Truely a 5⭐️ experience staying at Hotel Indigo. My partner and I booked a private onsen room which was a delight to enjoy in the mornings. The room amenities were well laid out and the attention to detail around the property was excellent. The staff clearly work together as a team to ensure that you have the most relaxing time possible. We utilized both the short hiking trail and the shuttle service to explore the town of Gora up the hill. I wish we could have stayed for several more days, there's just too much to see. During your stay I highly recommend making a reservation at Itoh for dinner, and the Gora brewery and grill for lunch. Gora has many other amazing restaurants as well. It is a quite town, where things close down a bit early. It's the perfect time to make your way back to the hotel for a hot bath and you can relax with a bottle of wine or sake. Thank you!"

"Here's the rundown of this hotel: 1. Free shuttle to/from Mt. Fuji Station & Kawaguchiko Station via hotel shuttle. Just call the hotel upon arrival at the station. 2. Strict check-in time. 3. Tea/snack and breakfast coupons will be given to you upon check-in. You can use the tea coupon in a building in their garden. 4. The wine lounge is a must-try if you get access to it. 5. Dinner food is delicious. It was the highlight of our stay, since we only stayed for one night to recover halfway through our Japan trip. 6. There is an outdoor swimming pool next to the garden and a foot bath area in the garden. 7. Request a bus shuttle to Mishima Station if you are heading to Kyoto or Osaka after your stay. It's an hour-long trip that leaves at 10:15 after you check out. The cost is 4,000 yen per person."

"Loved the room! Staying on the speedway was so cool. The hotel was modern and clean. There were lots of amenities and things to do, but everything was an upcharge. My son is a race fan and did the track walk. He said it wasn’t worth it. The sim racer was great, but a charge. The breakfast could have been better. Eggs are ordered at the table and we never once had a waiter come by. I asked for our order to be taken only to be left waiting and no order ever brought to us. Given this was an up charge, this was unfortunate. The whole experience was a let down."

"Really great and easy to get to. I really appreciated having the free hotel shuttle from one Toyoko-inn to the other in the surrounding area. This made the transition within my budget and super easy. Staff was very kind and spoke English. The facilities was very big and super clean. My room was perfect for a solo traveller. Thank you."
