風呂とトイレが共同なのは表示されてなく、ゴミは有料でアメニティー類もタオルも全部有料で最低な節でした

お風呂に入ったり又はシャワーを利用し寝るだけなら大丈夫です。泊まった部屋はツインのベットルームでした。食事が付かない民宿の様な感じ　キッチンが有りましたが共用でしたので、他の人と被らない様に利用する方も居るのでしょうね。キッチン裏のお風呂に向かう廊下の電気が付かず暗いのはイヤでしたね。アメニティグッズも皆別料金、敷地内には自販機も無い、部屋に冷蔵庫無しというのは安くともサービス悪くないですか?　皆持ち込めば問題無し?

住所を頼りに向かうと漁港内に案内されますが、港口公園（大きな防潮堤の建物があり、海を向いて右側の塔を目安にしてください。）を目安に向かい、公園手前の道を左折し30メートル位のところに、黒と赤の建物があります。そこがみなとオアシスです。少し見付けにくいと思います。私も30分位迷いました。部屋は清潔で、快適ですが風呂とトイレは共同です。いずれも清潔に使われています。夜は近くの漁港のレストランで美味しい魚介類を食べました。若い人は、近くのマックスバリューで食べ物や飲み物を購入して部屋で楽しむのも良いかも知れませんね。部屋にはテラス付きの部屋もあります。因みに私たちが宿泊した部屋にはテラスがついていましたが、この猛暑で利用はしませんでした。しかし、気候が良い日には、港やマックスバリューで食材飲み物を買って食べたことでしょう。私たちは家族でしたが、家族よりも若いグループ向けに思いますが、私たち以外は1組の若い方々でしたので、冷蔵庫も共同ではありましたが、全く不都合は感じませんでした。

トイレも最新だし全体的にきれいな部屋でした。駐車場が縦列駐車になるので他の宿泊客とのタイミングかなと思います。

暗くなると目印がわかりにくく、看板的なものも無いので、何をみたらいいのかなど、案内メールに暗くてもわかる目印の記載があった方がいいと思います。

クチコミを見ていたら良いことが余り書いていなかったので覚悟していきましたが排水溝に少しゴミ後が残っていたぐらいで私達は、満足でした。ちなみにタオル、歯ブラシなどは持参してます。

施設は新しくないので、割り切れば値段からしたらよいかと。スタッフと一切直接会わない形なので、それはそれでいいかと。ただ、電話の感じが良くない。沼津港の観光施設で飲んですぐに寝られるという絶好の場所。寝られれば良いという方には良いと思います。

よかった点 •立地。目の前が公園で環境としては、静かなところ。漁港も近い。 •和室なので、添い寝が容易。悪かった点 •2階に4部屋ほどあり、各部屋を借りる。トイレ、風呂は共同。1階は宿泊部屋かわからないが、深夜25〜27時の間で宴会、カラオケをしており騒音でなかなか寝付けなかった。寝るだけで泊まった宿だったが、とんだ災難だった。 •施設の設備欄に、スパ（温泉）の記載があるが施設にあるのは、家庭にある浴室のみ。スパを期待されている方はご注意を。 •タオルなどのアメニティは、人数分ないので各自持参が必要。 •寝具は、多少カビ臭い。私はそこまで気にならなかったが、連れが不満を言っていた。 ※スパの記載は完全に事実誤認なので、記載を改める必要がある。

この様なタイプの宿泊は初めてでした。駅近のホテルと同額だったのと、共同使用とは何処にもコメントがなかったので、間違えました。同じ宿泊の方々に教えてもらったので困り感はなかったです。沼津港周辺の散策はとても良かったです。

セルフチェックインの説明がわかりにくく、インするまで手間取りましたが、まぁ、良い対応でした。ネット情報だったので、実際の部屋を見た時、テレビやテーブルがなかったのが残念でした。
