"The location is rather off track. Right in front of a highway flyover. Building were only service with just 6 to 8 persons and every morning, it's just a terrible wait for stopping all floors before you can end up on ground for your breakfast. Breakfast close like 10 am just too early. I wouldn't rate it as 3 stars.maybe one"

It’s not unsafe, but it definitely has a nighttime atmosphere that feels very different from the rest of Tokyo. "Of all the hotels I stayed in during my stays in Tokyo, the Nippon Seinenkan Hotel is the one (to date) I'm most likely to return to again. The hotel and rooms were very clean, the staff was wonderful, and - as a baseball fan - the lobby itself overlooked the Meiji Jingu Baseball Stadium. Situated between Shinjuku and Shibuya, it was in the perfect location to be both removed from the large crowds but close enough to enjoy the more hectic parts of the city."
