"Stay was convenient. Although i did try to contact staff by email and phone i had no luck. But i also didnt book directly with the hostel so its not their fault either. Luckily there was somoene willing to help get in contact with staff. Bedding was comfortable enough, room was provided with air conditioning. But all in all its totally fine for a short stay. Right next to family mart and easy self check in ~ bonus!! "

"This property was a treat to stay in, especially for the price. The traditional futons made for a quiet, relaxing evening before a busy day of touring Fujiyoshida. I was a huge fan of the wood floor bathroom and wooden bathtub as well. I would recommend spring or summer stays, as the traditional construction means it will be quite cold in the winter, but it was a lovely stay and I would recommend this to anyone visiting Mt. Fuji."

"Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We booked the half-board package (one night with dinner and breakfast), and both meals were delicious. We especially loved the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of fresh and tasty food. The only minor disappointment was the rooftop foot bath, which didn’t quite meet our expectations. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others."
