"Incredibly convenient location close to the train station and bus right to downtown Portland, plus a nice walk to the baseball field, Holy Donut, and Deering Oaks park. Staff was kind, professional, and helpful, and the property and rooms were very clean. Made my trip to Portland that much better!"

"Zach and the other staff members at the front desk were so so helpful and kind. They really do make the hotel stay wonderful. The parking for guest is very very expensive, so try to look for parking around the hotel. The walk from the elevator to our room was quite long, I don't understand why a building of this size does not have 2 elevators at each end of the building. "
