"I loved the private bathroom and private deck that was directly off my room. My room also had a great A/C unit which was helpful since Anchorage was having a heat wave that week (in the high 70's!). The hosts and home were very clean and welcoming, including the late-night arrival access/setup provided. Property and neighborhood felt very safe. Parking out front in the driveway area was ample. "Check in was extremely slow. Each group ahead of us took 15 minutes each. We only booked this hotel due to it having a kitchen. The pictures include a 2 burner induction stove top. The room had cabinets and draws but not 1 utensil, pot, pan, plate, bowl or anything to cook or eat with. Was told but the front desk that this is because they have no way to sanitize. The listing for the hotel is very misleading. My 1 night stay should be refunded."

"I really wonder if all these reviews are paid. This was by far the dingiest courtyard place we’ve stayed at. When I booked it said Breakfast was offered but they charged $18 for a buffet that I wouldn’t have eaten even if it were free. Overall, it was a very strange experience."

"We arrived to find out that the hot tub was not in use. We were told to speak with the morning staff for some kind of credit. When we checked out and asked about it they said they couldn't credit a third party booking. Ultimately, they comped our breakfast, but it was disappointing not to have the hot tub or be alerted so we could choose another hotel. Also the housekeeping schedule was confusing. We kept having to ask to get the room done up."

"The only reason to stay here is the convenience of location and shuttles to/from the airport and the train station. The staff is polite enough (and the shuttle drivers friendly and helpful), but the amenities are definitely sub par, especially the worn carpeting in the public areas (some creating a potential tripping hazard) and the poor condition of the 2nd floor laundry (pooling water on the floor which was not attended to.)"
