"Fantastic stay for my family! Vladimir was resourceful, accommodating to our 11 month old, and helpful. If I return to Croatia I would stay here again. Hotel located in old town and was 2 minute walk from the a uber drop off point in the old town. No complaints."

I found the service inconsistent: some staff were very friendly and attentive and others looked bothered by our requests. Similarly some rooms were clean and others clearly hadn’t been properly sanitized. The breakfast was excellent."

Enjoyed a nice massage in the spa and drinks in the bar between other activities in Split. Worth the 50 steps outside the palace vs being immediately inside. Highly recommend"

She met us at the arrival and explained everything well. She was easy to get a hold of anytime. The room was situated walking distance from lots of restaurants, the riva and even a laundromat. "Had an exceptional stay at Vila Nepos in Split. The Venetian suite that was booked gave a feel of living inside a castle with all the modern and essential amenities. Rooms were clean and quiet, bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious and super clean. Having complimentary access to washer/dryer inside the room was a luxury. Free WiFi worked well. Had 3 included breakfasts for the 3 days at 3 different restaurants which provided varieties and complete satisfaction. The best part of our stay...

"I travel a lot and this was as good as it gets. We had to actually leave the lousy, dangerous apartment we were at in Dubrovnik and getting here was a treat. The staff took care of the luggage, the breakfast was great as was the dinners we had there. The staff was smart, spoke great english and thoughtful. Also they had blankets as well as duvets - and the air conditioning worked well. The location was right on the edge of old town - we park in a lot about 150 yards away and just "rolled"...
