"The word Luxury is questionable but I can’t compare it to any other Split hotels. The location is great. The rooms are nice. The breakfast was good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The problem is the street noise. Have good earplugs and you’ll be good. It was also a bit confusing to find. GPS is essential."

"Good location in old town, walking distance to everything. Rooms a bit outdated. Hot water went out and hotel staff was unable to provide any info as to when it would be working again, cold showers were not fun. Aside from an apology nothing was done to rectify situation. Don’t waste your money, stay somewhere nicer."

"Great location , everything you need to see or do in Split is right there or walkable. It is an older building which you expect but bed was good and AC was great and room was clean, so all is good. Staff was not very pleasant or helpful at all, actually kinda rude a few times, i have written several reviews and this is my 1st bad one , especially with staff so.....again location is good but i would probably look elsewhere if i return to Split. "

"The location was very close to the old city (3 minute walk), but away from the noise. It’s a lovely, newly renovated property with a nice spot for breakfast and outdoor patio. The room was very efficient, spacious enough for two, but there are no impressive views from the room (that didn’t really bother us). The staff was very helpful to us. Easy enough to walk to from the waterfront if you arrive by ferry, and easy to get an Uber to the airport…we just needed to walk 1 minute to the street (the hotel is on a pedestrian only street). I’d recommend for a short visit—it’s perfectly fine if you’re not looking for luxurious amenities but want something clean and modern."
