"We really liked our room, it was modern, clean & the communal kitchen & complimentary bottled water was a plus. The beds were comfy and the room was well equipped for our toddler and baby, with a baby changing table, potty and step. The staff couldn't do enough to accommodate us, especially as my partner had a dairy allergy, they contacted the bakery for allergens and made him fried eggs as the eggs usually on offer contained dairy. Our only niggle (which the guest house can't do anything about)...

"Schwarzwald er utroligt smukt og grønt. Berghaus Freiburg ligger næsten på toppen. Turen derop er fin og udsigten på toppen helt utrolig. Til aften var det klart og vi kunne se de hvide toppe af Eiger og Jungfrau 250 km sydpå. Mod vest gik solen ned bag Vogeserne i Alsace."

"Ótima opção para quem deseja uma base para explorar a região da Alsácia. Hotel novo com excelente restaurante italiano. O café da manhã poderia melhorar com opções para os hóspedes, mas no geral é muito bom hotel."

"Erg vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. Prima kamer, wel wat verouderd, maar de nieuwbouw is in gang gezet. Fijn, gezellig restaurant met heerlijk eten en drinken. "

"We had a wonderful stay. Really nice flat, wonderful cosy place outside to chill in, wonderful staff AND some very good wines too. Nice and clean. Maybe the airconditioning could be better, and we would have liked the communication up to our visit to have been in English - they ARE very good at speaking English. Anyway, she wrote back instantly when we wrote her, having difficulties understanding what they had written in the first place. Minor things to be critical about - we had a great week!!"

"Zimmer sauber und ordentlich, im Bad gute Auswahl an Kosmetik Artikeln (Bodylotion, Wattestäbchen, Ohrstöpsel? Zimmer direkt an der Hauptstraße, teilweise laut, wenn Fenster geöffnet sind. Eventuell Zimmer zum Hof erfragen. Frühstück bietet tolle Auswahl hochwertiger regionaler Produkte. Abendessen im eigenen Gasthof möglich. Auch da sehr hochwertige Produkte, entsprechend ist der Preis. Vor allem die Salate sind sehr üppig und vielseitig, sehr zu empfehlen "
