Perfect place for Europapark

This is our second time staying at the hotel and the service was just as good. Nice, clean rooms; good breakfast; and a location perfect for visiting Europapark.

Super clean and perfect for a one night stay to visit EP and Rulantica. Super close to both parks. Great breakfast. Quiet rooms, very noise beds.

Amazing personnel but old furniture

Amazing personnel, room was clean, breakfast is sufficient. Furtiture is very old and shall be renovated a few years ago already, matresses are too soft and not super comfortable (although for 3 days of staying it was OK). Overall good place of stay in case budget is very tight. Otherwise - look better for other options.

Walking distance to Europa Park and food. Right next to grocery stores. Upper rooms are hot in the summer, even with the provided fan. The upper floor is stuffy with little airflow. Showerhead was dirty.

We stayed with my son to go to Europa Park. Restaurant on site is really good! It feels more like a dorm but it was fine except we had to lug all our luggage up the stairs to get to our room.

Stayed for a trip to europa park good location 15/20 mins walk to the park a short walk to hotel bell rock so you can get the shuttle bus to the water park the guest house was clean breakfast was great only problem i had was that the shower height adjust was broken and wouldn't stay fixed at a higher point pro tip you can leave the park though the spanish gate but not enter makes the walk back a lit shorter especially if you cut though hotel bell rock would absolutely recommend the guest house for a trip to europa park

Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt, vielen Dank für die Mühe. Auch das Frühstück am Morgen war sehr lecker und hat uns gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut, dass alles so gut vorbereitet war. Allerdings sind die Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen und könnten eine Renovierung vertragen. Trotzdem war unser Aufenthalt angenehm.

Die Unterkunft ist preislich attraktiv und überzeugt durch ihre Nähe zum Europapark und Rulantica – ein grosser Pluspunkt, besonders für Familien und Freizeitparkbesucher. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und hat einen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Allerdings gibt es einige Punkte, die verbessert werden könnten: Die Zimmer befinden sich im Dachstock, was an sich kein Problem wäre, wenn das Dachfenster sich zuverlässig offen halten liesse. So war einfaches Lüften kaum möglich. Es war sehr heiss, und da das Fenster nicht geöffnet werden konnte, war an Schlaf nicht zu denken... Die Zimmer sind zudem sehr ringhörig, was je nach Nachbarschaft die Nachtruhe beeinträchtigen kann. Die Informationen im Voraus per E-Mail waren teilweise unklar. Zudem erschweren zahlreiche Rechtschreibfehler und unvollständige Sätze das Verständnis. Mit kleinen Verbesserungen in Kommunikation und Ausstattung könnte diese Unterkunft deutlich an Qualität gewinnen.
