"The staff was truly incredible. The bar area and staff there was also very nice. However, we were put on the 15th floor, which would have been amazing if the pool was working. However, there was a ton of construction going on and it was incredibly loud! There's no way I could have stayed another night with the amount of noise going on. We were only in town for one night before boarding a cruise. The bathroom in the room had a very strong musty smell. The hotel served its purpose but would not book here again without addressing the noise concerns. "

"Lobby check in check out process is and has always been chaotic. There are several employees standing in the lobby pretty much directionless. I checked in and was given a key for the 39th floor even though the room written on my paper work was the 16th floor"
