"Clean room great staff "

"This was a perfect place to stay for convenience and budget purposes. We upgraded to a suite and were happy with the price and quality of the room. Lots of dining choices and food was excellent. We took the Canada Line sky train most everywhere which was conveniently close. The place is a little tired but very clean and great staff. Would recommend you stay if on a budget and have a little fun at the Casino also."

"The property was amazing, beautiful room and decor. Can't rave enough about the stunning room and bath tub. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, close to the airport and outlet mall. We really enjoyed the warm outdoor pool and hot tub in the evening. The bed sheets were luxurious and soft. Only complaint, the pillows were terrible, way too thick. But that does not warrant reducing from a 5 star rating. Will definitely return next time we stay in Richmond."

"Good airport hotel on a budget. Airport shuttle was free and seamless, and the room and lobby had free coffee. Staff were professional, but some of them (especially the shuttle drivers) were super gruff and cold. Rooms definitely could have been cleaner, especially the bathrooms. The tiles had dirty grout, there were hairs on the ceiling (like, how??), and it had a weird smell. The bed was clean and comfy though, and the room was spacious with a fantastic mountain view. I'd stay here again, but only if the price was right."

"Breakfast menu was ok, hot food was beef meatballs, eggs, and waffles. Pool was great to have but deep for young children so make sure to bring a floating device if your child can’t swim. Pool was ice cold as well. Staff was great, friendly and welcoming. Overall great stay. "

"Good hotel, but we missed having bacon available at breakfast. The selection was quite good overall. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean. The location is convenient, close to a shopping center and restaurants. A nice area, with a transport hub nearby"
