"First off didn't know we will be in a house with owner and family:( amenities didn't include TV or laundry with extra cost that was unexpected. Lots of noise which the lack of TV didn't help. Not a restful hotel stay as expected and we certainly could have paid less at a hotel with more amenities. The room was sufficient with bed and thank God it wasn't shared! The ad wasn't clear and we didn't know what to expect until it was too late."

"This is a horrible place to stay unless you are chainsmoker or drug addict or something. There is no elevator, hallway smells so smokey it's hard to breathe. We were given room with restaurants exhausts outside so it was noisy and unable to open windows. Rooms were humid, extremely small and feels suffocating. Washroom sink was clogged, towels were dirty. I lost my sleep after noticing few spiders beside bed and spider webs on ceiling. Air-condition is right above head and there was no headboard...

I really love the bed so comfortable clean kitchen everything was on point no stress at all I would really recommend them and if I can any chance to visit BC I would just come back at the same address near to the malls every thing is just around the corner. Loved it"

"I don't know that Expedia has air BNB room. I don't know it is not hotel. It's a home, so it is not private and sound proof. When I arrived in the evening, I cannot see the home address clearly, the light is dimmed. But the owner is very nice and helpful. Also the share bathroom. I like it so far. "Clean, comfortable rooms but a little noisy at times in the evening given proximity to Vancouver airport. Front desk staff was very efficient and responsive but not overly friendly. Perhaps not a totally fair comparison given we'd just came from a long stay at a similar hotel in Tokyo. Also, apparently there's an unwritten rule at this hotel that if you leave your room after 11AM you may not have your room cleaned unless you call the front desk. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Airport...
