"The Resort is 3 Star NOT 4 Star. The Resort is run down and dated. The rooms are also very dated and dirty. The bathroom was dirty, the floor was covered in previous occupants debris with food droppings and other things. The windows were covered with dirt and hadn't been cleaned for months. The Resort won't clean the room unless you insist and all they do is empty the rubbish bin and change the towels. The towels though were stained.
