O que mais foi desconfortável foi o sinal da Wi-Fi, a cama deixava o usuario com dor nas costa de mal acomodada que era. As toalhas eram muito velhas. O Café não tinha variedades e nem nada preparado na hora personalizado para os hóspedes.

Hotel 3 estrelas, mediano.

Hotel 03 estrelas, recepção ágil, atendimento educado e gentil. Quarto: cama regular, roupas de camas limpas, abafado e com pouca circulação de ar, como é localizado na avenida, MUITO barulhento, inclusive durante a noite. Banheiro simples, chuveiro muito bom e quente( ponto positivo). Limpeza do quarto é diária com troca de toalhas, mas formigas pelo quarto todo, não dá para deixar nada de comida( snacks, doce, chiclete). Apenas 01 elevador para o hotel todo, em horários de pico( café da manhã), esqueça, sem exagero, paciência e 10 minutos pelo menos de espera ou utilize a escada. Café da manhã bom, com bolos, frios, ovo mexido , salsicha , pães, iogurte, café, leite, mas o suco é artificial. Não tem restaurante , servem somente o cafe da manhã, mas liberam o delivery.

Hotel em condições razoáveis. Ótimo café da manhã. O único problema é que eu precisava fazer o check-out uma ou duas horas depois, e não houve nenhuma prontidão em ajudar. Nem quiseram ouvir meus motivos. Foi dado o motivo que o hotel estava lotado, o que era nítido que não estava acontecendo. Por isso, não será minha prioridade ao voltar.
