"Wish Foz do Iguacu was an exceptional experience. The villa style rooms rather than a tall building full of rooms was a welcome upgrade to what we expected. We had the Premier room with a private jacuzzi and we used it daily. The food was phenomenal. The staff were super attentive and did everything to make our stay the best it could be. "The lobby, restaurants, pools, and water park are excelent. However, the guest room had many issues. Bathroom: No where to place soap in shower so have to hold in your hand or drop to the floor. They put no cup or glass to hold toothbrushes. When we arrived there was no shampoo and had to wait for them to bring some. They offer a coffee machine that is not plugged in and does not even have an electric outlet nearby. There is no coffee, cream or sugar in the room or even a coffee mug or cup...
