A infraestrutura dos quartos está decadente, precisa de reformas e manutenção urgente. Pia do banheiro pingado, falhas na água quente exatamente no período da manhã, barulhos e conversas dos quartos vizinhos pelos banheiros, TV a cabo que funciona por rede wi-fi e constantemente cai, o ar condicionado tinha um controle que não funcionava não dava para desligar e nem alterar a temperatura. Atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente e o café da manhã muito bom. Mas os quartos deixam muito a desejar.
