"Lovely 5 bedroomed home, 3 with ensuits and 1 standalone bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen and small pool, not large enough to swim in but good for dips. We did ask for it to be heated but it wasn’t warm enough for us for evening dips. Nice quiet location and parks are all within 45 minute radius. Host kept in touch with us regularly asking if everything was ok and if anything required. They are building/extending nearby but this did not affect our stay and this is mentioned when booking. "The check in staff were not helpful. They were rushed, didn’t go over the policies, and were very annoyed that we didn’t want to do the timeshare presentation. We’ve stayed here 3 other times and usually love it. This time our unit was not clean, the patio was not enclosed, there was mouse droppings at the front door and all over the patio. The floor in the unit was so uneven that the shower glass doors wouldn’t stay closed and we had to slam the bedroom doors to get them to close. The pools...
