"The stay itself was great, but the front desk interaction was not professional. While checking us in, the employee carried on a side conversation with another staff member and made negative comments about another customer. It was uncomfortable and not appropriate during check-in."

"DJ checked us in at the front desk, and he was the most courteous, polite and warm presence. The room is no frills, but everything we needed for a short stay. We didn't get to enjoy the hotel shuttle to the airport or free breakfast, but it was nice knowing the option was there in case we needed it. The front of the hotel in the exterior had some outdoor lights that were flashing, kind of creepy, and very grateful that our room was not near that side of the building because i'm not sure we would be able to sleep well with such a bright flashing light all night through the windows. This stay was short but wonderful. Would definitely come back and recommend to others"
