"What I didn't like was that the staff who prepared the food allowed dogs into the area where the food is although there are signs before entry into that area and in the area that dogs are not allowed. The cook even played with the dog in that area disregarding the sign. I complained to the front desk. They said saud they did not see it."

"The Hotel has security issues; no working cameras and proper lighting. The Hotel elevators are not working properly; There was only one working elevator for both the guests ;hospitality and staff. Maintenance never showed up to make the repairs. A note was placed on the door for guests not to use the elevator not working. The one working would get stuck between floors. The coffee was cold upon checking in. The hot water for hot tea was cold. There is no microwave in guests room. Only in lobby....
