"Air conditioning doesn’t work through our stay "

"They refused to turn on air conditioning despite it bein 26 degrees plus when we arrived the first day. They told us to open the windows. They did provide us a fan which was gracious but it was not enough. So we opened the windows and that made our stay extremely unpleasant. There was this constant smell probably coming from outside but would could not close windows because that would make us too hot. Seemed like exhaust from washrooms / seweage. Also the mosquitos or god knows what insects cames in and bit us so much. My son has so many red itchy uncomfortable bite marks all over his body even on his eye lid. On cleanliness room in general was clean but the toiled had marks in it. My wife had to clean it up else our son would never have used i."

"Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Just a bit small Staff was nice and helpful The only issue I had was the noise - I could hard people partying downstairs and next door neighbour showering and using toilet, even with the windows shut "

"Super clean, great Location , supermarket, restaurants , ice cream shops all near by. Station close by to get into Venice effortlessly for only 1.50 euro . Very helpful friendly staff. Can’t fault it . "

"We had a fantastic stay! Really quite convenient - relatively easy and frequent access to Venice (Island). The staff were remarkable! Incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming! We’d highly recommend the breakfast that’s included! Admittedly, we were a little underwhelmed by the rooms, though we were out all day, so it didn’t really matter!"
