"If you want to go to Six Flags or a baseball game, this is the place to go. Shuttle service is excellent and right next door to Six Flags. The staff were great and the room was clean and comfortable. The only small issue is that they need more parking."

"Staff was pleasant at check in. I was disappointed in the additional early check in fee, however. I’ve never experienced that before. Adequate breakfast but had a terrible stomach ache from eating the very greasy egg dish. I’m sure some liked it. "

"Loews was actually great. It was Hotels.com that was awful. I needed to shorten my stay from three nights to two nights. With almost 72 hours notice, Hotels.com refused to accommodate me. They blamed the Hotel (Loews) but when I got to the actual hotel the front desk there said that they would happily accommodate me and that Hotels.com hadn’t asked them to do so (even though Hotels.com claimed they did). Don’t use them. They are dishonest and have very unprofessional business practices."

"Overall it’s an excellent property. There were a few stumbling blocks the first couple of nights (don’t stay on the top floors on the highway side ! It get very loud at 6am!!) some of the night staff dropped the ball on a few things but the general manager Is awesome. She absolutely knows what customer service is. Some of her staff not so much but she absolutely made up for their shortcomings. It’s unfortunate that ALL employee’s can’t be rock starts like the GM!!"
