Getting to the room from check in was very confusing they didn’t mention you walk through the parking garage. We went back to the front desk twice until a nice lady walked us to our room. "One staff member was not friendly or pleasant. Our room was supposed to be cleaned on Sunday, 4/26, but it was never cleaned, so we went to mention this to the front desk. We were met with an argument/debate. Instead of saying, we will send somebody up to clean your room shortly we were met with an argument and accusations that we must have had the do not disturb sign on, which wasn't the case and she stated this before we even had giving her our room number. "We had the absolute best experience at the Holiday Inn Resort! Everything was so convenient and well maintained. The lazy river was amazing and the access to the beach was incredible! They have a DJ at the tiki bar and entertainment throughout the week. We chose to buy the breakfast coupons as part of our visit. The breakfast people were awesome and as a person with food allergies I felt super safe eating at the buffet! Will absolutely be back soon!"
