"The rooms are small but quite efficient. There is kitchenette area. Enough room to walk around the bed and a bathroom. We've stayed there several times and will continue to.
Note: we usually face 9th Ave however this last stay we faced 1st and it was terribly loud. The hotel offers ear plugs, which was nice but going forward we will request a room facing 9th! "

"Good afternoon. I am writing to notify expedia thaf my recent stay at the Hotel and the City had an issue w/ rodents that we did not notice until the morning of checkout. We were in NYC for NYU graduation and were quite busy only using the room to dress and sleep. I woke up the next morning and found mice droppings on the pillow and table next to me. we left quickly. I have never experienced that in a hotel situation and am shocked. I wrote to the unit owner and have received no reply. I think...
