This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. There is no signage on the building indicating it is a LaQuinta, and there were no employees on site. We had to check in through a computer screen, and our keys were delivered through this machine. The room was filthy, musty, and smelly, and there was mold all over the bathroom. The shower and tub were too disgusting and moldy to use. The inside of the closet door was wet, and water was leaking inside the closet. The floors were absolutely filthy!!!! The full length mirror looked like feces was splashed on it. It was so disgusting!! All wall art had been removed, but screws and nails were left on the walls. I would have left, but we were unable to find other accommodations.

The room was clean but bare. Only three towels without washcloths. There was only a fifth of a roll of toilet paper. The furniture was worn and minimal. Breakfast was bagged with two unhealthy packages of sweets. Also, the building was not marked "La Quinta," although there was a sign on the main road indicating that the hotel was somewhere in the back. We do not intend to return.

You’re being warned, DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked this because of the price and thought, it’s a Wyndham resort property, it’s got to be satisfactory at the least. Was I ever wrong! I showed up at 2am with my 3 kids after driving all day. The hotel is behind a Wendy’s and there was people walking around at that time a night but I tried not to worry about that. I checked in, was given room 217. I took my key card, drove around the building, parked, unloaded my kids and all our luggage, went up the questionable elevator, got to room 217 and OMG! The room looked like it used to be a murder scene! The beds were sort of made, it looked like someone had been sitting or laying in them, the lights and walls were so dingy that my kids were scared to go in. I thought I would find some silver lining but when I finally convinced my kids to give it a chance, we walked to the bathroom and there was hair in the tub and the toilet was used and now flushed! Not to mention the mold on the ceiling throughout and the smell was ungodly! We lasted about 120 seconds before I loaded my kids back up in the van with our luggage because there was no way I was going to stay there. I proceeded to the front desk and explained the situation. The gentleman assured me that he understood and has noted the cancellation in my account. I left there around 2:30am and started driving around until I could find a suitable hotel for my family to stay in. I fortunately found one around 4am. 3 mths later, still no refund

Poor security. People outside asking me to use my room key so they can get into the office through the back door- when reported to the front desk they didn’t do much about it.. The room was musty and had gaps under the outside door. Weatherstripping. friends were not allowed to visit after 10 o’clock at night. Some of the lamps were missing light bulbs. My son got sick and we went to the ER. Couldn’t get a refund for the last night We missed staying there.

Good location and the beds were comfortable. The room itself was okay, but the bathroom floor was dirty and there was only one small trash can for the entire room, none in the bathroom. The microwave and coffee machine were oddly placed on the sink/toiletry counter. The biggest disappointment was the “breakfast included.” It’s just a paper bag with prepackaged dollar tree snacks (Danish, muffin, chips), not really breakfast. Check-in is done through a video screen with a remote receptionist, which felt impersonal. Overall fine for a quick stay, but there’s room for improvement.

The LaQuinta should be ashamed to have their name on this hotel ! Outdated ! Carpets should be torn out ! And the rooms had a terrible odour!!! Breakfast ??? In the lobby the desk staff handed people a bag with an apple and stale packaged pastries. They were gross. No tea no hot water and no cream for coffee. Quite disappointed. We paid way too much !!

Staff very friendly and courteous. Room beds were comfortable and spacious and cleaned. Bathroom was large but in the shower the water was clogged, the toilet, vanity was dilapidated. The hotel needs some real upgrades the ice maker is in the second floor. There was some very interesting people playing loud music until 12 midnight and some working ladies that were offering night companionship in the parking lot.

I have stayed in la quenta inns many times before but this is the oldest one that I ever seen or stayed. This place never had a face left since it’s opened before year 2000. That’s how the place look alike. Exterior is not so bad but the interior. Everything is maybe there, but nothing is straight. A dresser that has a drawer does not close all the way and has some holes on top. There is no pictures on the wall but many picture hangers are there. And on and on. Maybe a little thing but it did not look like a room from La Quinta Inn. I felt I was betrayaled. The cockroaches walking around the table were the worst of all.

Yes it smells like smoke I was asked to sign a waiver that no one would be no smoking in the room but the room smell like smoke I was totally disgusted with the setup of the room and on top of that I lost $250 for the stay which I never stay one night and no one has reimbursed me YET at this point. And it's been 3 weeks it's a dump.👎👎👎

Dear Guest Services Team, I am writing to formally request a full refund to the original form of payment for our recent stay due to multiple unresolved issues that rendered the accommodations unacceptable. Please note that we do not have photographs of the conditions. We arrived late at night, were extremely fatigued, and were informed that a room change might be available the following day. Under those circumstances, we reasonably expected the situation to be corrected and did not anticipate the need to document the issues. Additionally, we spent most of our time outside the hotel visiting family and only returned late at night, further limiting our opportunity to take photos. On the first night, the room had a strong, abnormal odor consistent with mold or chemical fumes, possibly from stripped floors or freshly painted walls. The odor was overwhelming and made it difficult to sleep. Despite reporting this to the front desk, no alternate room was available that night. The room was also inadequately stocked for three guests, with insufficient towels and blankets, and requests for additional linens were not fulfilled promptly. The situation was compounded by a clogged sink, creating unsanitary and inconvenient conditions. On the second night, although we were moved to a different room, the odor issue persisted. The carpeting smelled strongly of dogs, cigarettes, and possibly mold, despite our request for a non-smoking room. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast adver

Room was disgusting. Mold on shower curtain, filthy, slippery shower. General poor condition all around. Temp set at 60. Curtain broken. Room reeked of bleach/ disinfectant. Stay was worth about 10 bucks. Replace the guy at the desk with someone who can speak. Check in online wasnt worth the time.

WE DID NOT STAY IN THE ROOM. It was unsanitary and had faulty electric that caused the lights to flash nonstop. We have been trying to obtain a refund for days. The hotel concierge told us to call Expedia and that once Expedia called they would have no problem refunding the room. We have called Expedia several times and have two open cases but for some reason there is no communication happening between Expedia and la Quinta. I have no idea which one of you is at fault but I’ll never be using either of your services again. You can keep your little in app credit. Give me my money back.
Large stains all over the walls, doors, and dirt/mold on the sconces
There was discarded trash from the previous guests on the floor when we entered the room. The room had not been cleaned.
The sheets were heavily stained on the duvet and there was a significant amount of hair and dirt on the inside of the sheets as well.

I booked a room thru Expedia for my son when my son arrived the hotel my card was charge again for the room meaning I was charged twice and on top of that my son was asked for another $100 deposit when I called the hotel to dispute the charges made to my card. There was no one at the front desk. I was told to speak to someone at the front desk. I have to call after 7 PM as they don’t have a life personnel, but before I was told that I had to call a total of three times and left on the phone for a total of 15 to 20 minutes each time horrible customer service

The hotel was dirty and very impersonal. When you walk in there is no greeting from anyone just a computer screen that you talk to. All the pictures online were old because it didn’t look like the picture. Lobby was dirty, and everything in the place was old. Now if you coming down to stay only one night and you will hardly be in the room then it’s okay. It was hard to get wash cloths and towels. They seriously need to think about renovations.
