"This property is PERFECT for people going on a cruise. You can see the ship from the hotel. If needed, it’s a 5 minute walk to the port. The hotel is like new and has a very friendly and helpful staff. We’ve stayed here a few times and will use it in the future. It’s also a convenient walk to restaurants and a grocery store."

"The lobby was very dirty, and when I got to the room, it was filthy, and there were bugs—like bedbugs—crawling on the bed. When I spoke to the person at the front desk, they told me it was the only room available and that if I wanted to stay, that was the room available, and that if I left, they wouldn't refund my money, because I was the one who didn't want to stay."

"The property needs renovations specifically inside the room. There was no toilet paper holder, the AC made strange sounds at night. But the wors thing is the other people inside thebproperty apparently they live here. And we felt watched at all times. At night we coulnt sleep because there was two people outside taliking for kver an hour.we though there were listening to see if we were asleep. At 5am outside of the room there was a tall tree with many birds singing. One of the reasons we stayed...

"Old room, carpet needs some tlc. Plus stood 2 nights and never received housekeeping service."

"Painted in bright colors. Lobby organized. Although I booked the room for 2 people, the king bed had 2 standard flat pillows and there was one set of towels. The deadbolt was very loose and needed to be repaired. No elevator, long stair case (a by product of the old building) There were also bugs in the bed. The Google said they were carpet beetles and sometimes bit people. How can anyone stay there with bugs in the beds?"

"I didnt like that there was no parking on the property. That should have been disclosed or a parking voucher should have been given to park across the street. My husband was attached nearby and needed medical supplies and none were on the premises other than a bandaid."

"Nice view and nice spacious room with comfortable beds. But amenities are minimal and possibly less than some motels. A cheap coffee/tea maker, no microwave, a tiny fridge totally empty. Bathroom had just one bar of soap and one tube of body lotion, with shampoo and body wash dispenser in the shower stall. Truly disappointed."

"Staff was friendly. Room only had 2 bath towels. No washcloth, no hand towels. And the bath towels were very old and worn. 1 even ripped while using. AC was good, but leaked water over the floor and my bag overnight."

"We had a very nice day for our daughter's graduation. Really appreciated the coffee and ice water in the lobby, staff was great super helpful. The hotel is rather small but quaint ,lovely decorated, clean with a great location !"

"The water didn’t get hot , only one elevator worked, there was a fire crew called out but know alarms went off because they don’t work properly. Contacted staff they was not helpful at all."
