"Internet was horrible, had to use a mobile hot spot to use my laptop at all and tv stations disappeared when a storm went past. Location was easy to get to and the price with free parking was good."

"No complaints about the room or staff, whatsoever. The room was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. The common areas of the hotel need some work. There's visible damage to the building as you pull up to the entrance. The hallway carpets need cleaning or replacement. The AC had just gone out in the lobby just before we arrived, but I suspect that was just unfortunate timing."

The Blanket had smoke holes in it more than a few and pretty big size. The staff was nice tho. People live there full time- no judgement tho just making a statement ."

"Our visit didn't start out well. We got there at 5:30pm. The lobby was not air conditioned, it was hotter in there then outside. We were then told our room was not ready and they didn't know when it would be ready. When I said check in was at 3, I was told check in 'starts at 3'. We waited about 30 minutes with 3 kids under 10 when I went back to the desk to ask if our room was ready and thank goodness it was! The room was as described and the beds were very cozy but did not have warm blankets....

"The hotel was recently renovated and all facilities are lovely. Expect the exterior to be the same and enjoy its perfect location near the harbor. In general the staff was attentive and welcoming. It is a very busy week, so we must be patient with those that were not. A special complement to housekeeping. Wash cloths like rosettes and tissues like fans!"
