"The hotel is very nice and well maintained. I love the vintage design and how well they have managed to continue to its original look throughout the years. My room was nice and clean and have no complaints other than the location of the room being close to the elevator and wish the front desk had told me that when checking in. The sound of people coming in and out so early was a little unpleasant. But other than that I did enjoy my stay. I definitely will return, just in another room."

"The property looks like had been renovated before but lots of things still look outdated and not modernize. One thing very important is they should provide a non slip mat in the bath tub because it is very slippery when wet. I almost slip and fell when I took a shower. Also, a shower head is missing. There was also no plugs near the bed for phone charging. Air conditioning pretty noisy also. But overall, it was a good stay to have some rest."

"The bathroom was terrible. The tub/shower was so old, we did not use it - was so disgusting!! I’m not sure how they can rent out a room with a bathroom like that? At least the toilet was somewhat newer - the toilet paper holder was rusty, the floor tile was old and cracked, The mirror looked like it was from 1960’s - in a bad way. They had tried to fix issues with lots paint or stucco looking substance - looked disgusting. We brushed our teeth with bottled water - didn’t want to risk what...

"Very beautiful place for weddings, but the constant weddings blocked off the sidewalks for hotels goers going to Universal Studios. Families with strollers and people with mobility devices shouldn't have to be in the road with all the constant cars"
