"Reservation Not Honored- Terrible Customer Service
My flight was canceled, so I emailed the hotel in advance to explain that I would be arriving the following day. Despite being notified, PUBLIC gave my room away and did not honor my reservation.
The staff refused to acknowledge their mistake, offered no meaningful resolution, and were incredibly rude throughout the entire experience. They even refused to provide the general manager’s name when I asked to escalate the issue.
