"Overall a good find"

"Based on the property description, I was expecting something different. It is a room in an old house. The proprietor was kind, helpful, and accommodating. It was enough for one night and the price was right, but I likely wouldn't return. We had problems with the WC. The location was good, close to the train station and walkable distance to the seaside and city center. If you have an allergy to dogs, pass on this. "The hotel was a splendid surprise being a true manor in the style of a stately home with extensive grounds. We stayed in the Mews cottages which provided a large well equipped room and bathroom. "

"Beautiful country manor in the woods. Peaceful surroundings. We stayed in a cottage lodge for a group of 4 adults. It was spacious and well appointed amenities. Very clean. The washer/dryer were handy to was clothes halfway through our 2 week vacation. Would definitely stay again "
