"I just wish that there was i've designated time for adults to access the playout. Are the hot tub. We love the place we love the hotel every time we come.It seems like there's some kind of a convention and we come for a anniversary trip to get access to the pool and hot tub.And it's already packed with children or teenagers."

"This was such a beautiful and well kept hotel. The amenities are great the only thing is I wish there was more INSIDE seating at the pool or an area for people to sit their belongings. Other than that, the room was clean and everything worked just fine. I even got to use a $15 credit at moxie that’s attached to the hotel. I definitely will be returning."

"Room didn’t look like it was cleaned prior to our arrival. I assume it hadn’t been used in a while considering the accumulated dust. The bathroom shower curtain was not usable and it was tangled around the curtain rings, which were also loose and some broken. For a luxury rating, it didn’t feel luxurious at all"

"The room this stay was the worst ever. The bathroom sink faucet was wobbly and so bad we were worried it would break. Other people staying there had no courtesy for others trying to sleep. This went on most of the night. The night desk worker stays in the back most of the time. We will not be back!"

"The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I have traveled for work and fun for the last ten years and maybe stayed at 200 hotels. This is by far the biggest scam. The staff know the hotel is bad and not clean and they don’t care. The guy literally told me that the pictures were old and the hotel is not well maintained. Big bugs, dirty sheet, smelly rooms, leaking ceilings the whole nine. I asked for refund and they said it would not process for a week. I will be disputing this stay."

"The property itself was nice. Check-in and out instructions were good. However, for 4 adult women to only have 4 bath towels for 3 nights…there should have been more towels. Also, there were no sheets or blanket provided for the pull out bed. There was a smell in the apartment we couldn’t figure out then realized potatoes had been left in the pantry from previous guests I presume. There were no tissue boxes available. I think for the money, these small details could have been better."

"The hotel is ideally situated for shopping. The lobby is nice. We had paid for a corner room, an upgrade from the basic. The first room had no heat or hot water. After our second call and a trip to the front desk, our room was changed. In this room, if the hot water was allowed to run for 10 minutes, you could get a warm shower. "The hotel and rooms were clean and nice. The staff is friendly and attentive. I did not give 5 stars because the bathroom needs to have brighter lighting. There is one 12" LED light above the sink that is very dim. I couldn't imagine someone trying to put on makeup because it was so dark. And the water pressure in the shower was too low. It needs to be adjusted."
