"Room was clean. Exceptionally friendly staff. Stayed on the Collins Ave side of the building and so I could hear a lot of noise from the street during the late night hours. Could also hear footsteps pretty easily from the room above. Overall, nice hotel and good staff, but not the quietest."

"Great location, easy access to beach and great that your stay comes with complimentary beach chairs and towels. Close to shops and plenty of restaurants. Staff is friendly and hotel provides daily housekeeping. The pool is a great option but the water was cold this did not spent too much time there. However overall we really enjoyed our stay at the Gale."

"The Andaz is brand new and everything from the lobby to the restaurant to the suits has been done immaculately. I am a local (Surfside resident) and we just stayed at the Andaz for 2 nights to enjoy the facilities and celebrate my birthday. We definitely enjoyed our stay! We checked out all the facilities; Everything looked great. The Gym is fully stocked with everything you need for a good or even serious workout. But it was hard to find it because signage is not great in the property. Same...

"Looks like an old super 8 complex but has been nicely updated. The rooms have tiled floors so no more smelly carpets. The towels were really soft and a comfortable bed. The staff were super friendly and they offer free transport from the airport and to the port. We took an Uber from the airport as it was getting late it was $27... Nice bar next door with food."
