"Everything was very clean. The staff does a fantastic job keeping all of the common areas in near perfect condition. Any By The Sea resort has always been this way. Nice place for small families."

"We booked this place last minute, so we had zero expectations, but it turned out to be surprisingly good! The staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, which we really appreciated. While the hotel isn’t located in a newer neighborhood, the outstanding service from the staff more than made up for it. Overall, a great experience!"

"Hot tub advertised but it was out of operation and they didn’t clean room at all for a 4 night stay. Replaced towels a couple of times and got trash once but didnt clean otherwise. I would have expected this after 3 nights. "
