Hotel Keluarga di Floresville

"Great experience"

"The location was great and staff were very kind. The bathroom sink didn’t need a little attention."

"The hotel vicinity is well lit and safe"

"We were move from a King room to a double due to someone extending their stay. If we had known in advance we probably wouldn't have stayed. The room had a very moldy smell and had to keep going out to get fresh air. Towels were barely big enough to wrap around my hair. On a good note pillows were great."

"My room was clean but there were roaches. My room door did not lock and my room key never worked"

"The Staff was wonderful and very attentive to our needs. They were also thoughtful and kind. I would recommend others to stay because of the clean rooms and wonderful breakfast."

"The hotel looks really nice and the rooms are spacious my only complaint is that we don’t have hot water at night or in the morning at best we showered the water luke before it came out freezing"
