"El hotel bien ubicado y limpio, la atención de personal muy básica, El hotel está muy bonito y las habitaciones amplias e iluminadas. "Staff was wonderful. Bathroom in room is a bit dated. The bath tub mat did not look clean. The breakfast buffet was 10 minutes late in opening. The dining room where the breakfast buffet was held was not the cleanest. The floors were not swept from the day before. The dining chairs are ripped, not a very nice area. Especially not for the price. Beds were comfortable, however, there was a rather large hole in one of the pillow cases."

"We were expecting a pleasant stay at this hotel, but were quite disappointed. First, the wi-fi connection in our room was horrible. When it worked, it was very slow, but it continually kicked us off the Internet. We asked for help three times with no improvement. I had work that had to get done during the trip, so the poor service kept us from doing some of the things we wanted to do in Pittsburgh. Second, a vagrant pursued me in the hotel lobby. I had never before experienced a panhandler in the lobby of a hotel. Three, we had problems with a toilet that did not flush properly. Not something one would expect from a hotel in this price range. We reported these issues multiple times. No one seemed to care."
