The complimentary food and drink at the end of the day was superb and the breakfast the next morning was amazing! The staff was very nice and extremely professional especially the AGM Donovan Stanley. Even though we had an issue with the room he made sure to do everything within his power to correct the issue and make sure we were absolutely satisfied with results!"

"My wife made the reservation for an ADA compliant room. I checked us in. When we got to the room, it was NOT an ADA room and the person at the desk, Zack, told me the hotel doesn’t have ADA rooms. Even though it is within a short distance to the airport, they don’t shuttle service, they are not pet friendly."

"The property wasn’t the problem. I advise against allowing extended stays to be booked through your platform. If someone decides day of to extend their stay they just cancel reservations. So I got to the hotel at 11pm after my flight only to have to find a new hotel."

"The room look terrible. There was a hole in one of the walls the mini fridge if you want to open, and you had a hold of it, come out from where I was in the cabinet. The door was like hanging in properly because it was able to get stuck and when you close it, you could see Kravitz on the side. The curtain wouldn’t even go down. "After having confirm reservation through Expedia when I reach hotel at 8:30 PM after a long day, I was shocked to hear from the staff that they don’t have room for me and they were sorry that they overbooked and there is nothing they can do about it.
