"Hot tub was not working. When i asked to cancel my reservation because of it they would not let me. Nothing irks my nerves more than when i travel to another state far from home to enjoy myself and the main source of enjoyment is not working. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel for its location and very nice and professional staff. Breakfast buffet is also awesome. Housekeeping staff are very responsible and nice. "

"I do not understand the high rating for this location. We weren’t even in our room for three minutes when we saw two roaches run across the floor. We immediately told the man at the front desk and he didn’t even seem to care. Because we didn’t book direct, he said we could not get a refund so we could go somewhere else for the night, so we asked to be moved to a higher floor. I will never, ever stay at this hotel again."

"The hotel room was dirty. The shower walls nasty it look like it hadn’t been wiped down and forever. Then at 4 am the smoke detector kept going off called the front desk and he said he could see if maintenance can possibly fix it. I won’t stay here here again but the staff was friendly and nice!"
