"I had a 12:30 am arrival time so my husband and I decided to stay in a hotel instead of driving an hour back home. The shuttle bus was prompt and the driver very friendly. When we arrived, as I was walking through the lobby, I could tell this hotel's management took alot of pride in making sure your stay was an excellent experience. "This is the 2nd SpringHill Suites we stay at in 1 week and it did not disappoint! Immediately when we entered the hotel- you can tell they take pride and care of the hotel! Smells amazing when you walk in the hotel. Room (223) was spotless, extremely clean, room was nice and cool when we walked in, crispy linen, spacious room, spotless sofa, frig, micro. Bathroom was super clean and spotless- the shower was perfect! We didn't have the detachable shower heads but it was still great! Halls...

"The room was fine but there’s no regular cleaning every day or a note in the room for how to request more towels. Also, staff placed a known noise issue below my room and when I was awoken at 2am, didn’t address the problem. After speaking with the manager, her response was, “I’ll call you back” and then ignore the issue. I was woken up the next night as well before a 6am flight. For the price, I was disappointed in my stay and won’t recommend them going forward."

"The stay was great. I was there for a week. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. I do recommend to advertise or have better access to what amenities are available. I went and did laundry without knowing there was a laundry room - I could’ve asked too and was mostly my fault but even when using the QR code it was not listed :( but otherwise it was great and felt safe."

"It's a pet peeve of mine when hotels send a million pre-check-in automated emails through these systems but then can't update you about important things during your stay, like the fact that the pool, a main attraction, was closed. It was open in the morning when we left and we altered our day to come back and use it only to find out it was closed with no explanation. Additionally, the front desk concessions were also "out of order" though they seemed to be functioning, so there was no way to...

"This Courtyard is nice enough, but I think there’s a management issue as the staff across departments seem poorly trained and unhappy. Despite the “do not disturb” tag, housekeeping rapped on the door on many mornings. The room keys only worked for 2-3 days before needing to see the grumpy front desk people about getting them reset. The bartender was unable to find wine without help, despite there being pictures of them hanging up and matching the menu. I don’t blame any of the individuals, but...

"This hotel was so hospitable! The ladies at the front seat were so kind and they treated my dog like one of their own! This place is so clean and just a really great place to stay outside of downtown Charleston, I’ll definitely be coming back"

"While the room was spacious and clean the unstaffed hotel can feel inhospitable and unwelcoming. The notice that you’ll be removed from your room if you have someone over to do little more than wait for an Uber resulted in an uncomfortable and awkward situation. The lock code was obvious when assigned and troublesome not working within several tries, the code to the ice and water also stopped working on our second day, resulting in no water or ice on our second night."
